      1. click on start menu then click run then type gpedit.msc press enter key
      2. On User Configuration>Administrative Templates>Click on Systems>Double click on Prevent access to registry editing tools
      3. choose Disabled then apply and then test of it is ok….

      Task Manager has been disabled by your Adminsitrator

      Methods
      1. Click on start menu then click run then type gpedit.msc press enter key
      2. On User Configuration>Administrative Templates> Systems>Ctrl+Alt+Del Options
      3. Double click on Remove Task Manger
      4. Set to Disabled then apply and OK

    then check ur system tray it will show a new icon…. click on it…else

    start > all programs > Smart Virus Remover

    click on all the four buttons on the left side of the interface.

    it will activate ur task manager, folder options etc….

    but remember u have to use a good antivirus in order to remove the virus.

I tried the “Support” page for my antivirus and firewall package and I followed their advice. Download a free utility called SuperAntiSpyware. Like me, you might not have heard of it, but believe me – it works. The very first item on a full scan was listed as “Disabled Registry Editor” and when the scan had finished I allowed it to “fix” the faults found. End of problem. I have no connection whatsoever with SuperAntiSpyware, other than now being a very grateful user. By the way, as well as having no access to my Registry, I also had no access to System Restore. SuperAntiSpyware fixed that as well.
